Terms & Conditions

Please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. Any contract between us is governed by UK/EU law. Our Data Protection policy is also included below.

STANLEY SmallCraft operates this website and uses secure third parties for payment processing.

All products supplied by STANLEY SmallCraft are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum period of 12 months. Custom Built or any craft sold as new may carry a 2 year or 5 year warranty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Refunds will be made if goods supplied do not meet your expectations, provided they are returned within 7 days of delivery and are unused and in original condition. Refunds on kits will only be made on return of the complete kit as supplied including any epoxy and extras and it being received by us in “as sent” condition. Carriage charges will not be refunded.

No refunds on custom built boats as a warranty is given.
Proof of purchase must be enclosed with all returns.

Orders may be cancelled before despatch either by email or telephone. Full refunds will be made on cancelled orders including delivery charge as applicable, if order is cancelled before despatch.

A minimum standard as described on the web pages will be maintained, but variations in colour of veneer plus slight variations in weight and size may occur.

Sizes and weights of the boats given in the specification are given as a guide only. Various things can affect these specifications after you have built the boat depending on quality, type and amounts of the materials used.

We reserve the right to supply similar specification goods from different manufacturers.

Prices paid are as described on the website. While we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If an error in pricing is discovered during the purchase process, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity of cancelling the order or reordering at the correct price or, in the case of over-payment, we will refund that amount. If we are unable to contact you then the order will be cancelled automatically and any payment refunded.

All products and services we sell must be paid for in full before we will dispatch product or begin cutting your kit or begin building your custom built boat.

Payments can be made on the website, via e-invoice or bank transfer. We no longer take payments over the phone or direct in our workshops.

All reasonable precautions will be made to keep customer order and payment details secure during processing an order, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for losses caused as a result of unauthorised access of information supplied by you.
